Six years ago I was newly divorced, broke, and had two small children to take care of — in a country where the average salary barely covers rent. I had just left a toxic job, no savings left, and no stable career to lean on. I started freelancing with what I could: some basic graphic and web design. But it wasn’t enough to survive.

I needed to find a better path — and fast.

💡 That’s when I discovered the tech industry. I used my last savings to invest in a coding bootcamp at @ironhack — learning JavaScript, React, backend and frontend dev. Just days after graduation, I signed my first contract as a junior developer.

It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t glamorous. But I never stopped learning, negotiating, and upgrading my skills.

💼 In 5 years, I doubled my salary and landed jobs that allowed me to live life on my terms.

🌴 Today I live by the beach in Spain, raising my kids as a tech mama with freedom, flexibility, and pride.

🚀 And now? I work as a freelance AI Product Engineer — and I’m building Tech Beach Mama’s own AI products in public, sharing what works, what flops, and what it earns.
